In Studio at Delta Pilates
Clients interested in a studio environment for private, duet, or small group (limited to 4 people) sessions can schedule with Jeri at Delta Pilates* in Scottsdale, AZ. Delta Pilates is a boutique studio featuring Peak Pilates equipment including Reformers, Towers, Wunda Chairs, the Cadillac, ladder barrel, spine correctors, and Ped-O-Pull. Delta Pilates also has a full array of props, MELT Method rollers and balls, and a Balanced Body® Core Align®. Jeri has been on staff at Delta Pilates since 2017.

Virtual Lessons
Can’t make it to the studio? No problem. Jeri offers live, personalized private and duet lessons over Facetime or Skype to anywhere in the world. Jeri will work with you to get the most out of your sessions, help you reach your fitness goals, and experience the physical and mental benefits a Pilates practice offers. In addition to a mat, clients are encouraged to purchase a selection of props – magic circle, small Pilates ball, bands, and a roller – to challenge your practice and keep the workouts fun and interesting. In Home
If you live in mid- to North Scottsdale, AZ and have Pilates equipment in your home, Jeri makes house calls. Pricing for a 60-minute lesson within a 10-mile radius of Shea/90th Streets is $95; a 15-mile radius is $105.
On Site at Your Workplace
Bring the joy and benefits of a Pilates mat practice to your workplace. If your business is located in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe, Jeri is available to come onsite. Virtual mat classes via Zoom are available for employers throughout the U.S. and for companies with a virtual workforce. Special Events – Pilates Parties
Fitness parties are the latest way to celebrate and spend time with friends in a festive atmosphere, while having fun and burning calories.
